Meet the Team

Vicky Bundy is the Registered Manager, and responsible for the care of all of our residents. With a career in nursing of 40 years Vicky has been at Three Corners for the last four years. Vicky is passionate about older people and enabling them to live their lives as normally as possible. She manages the care team and makes sure that they give their best at all times.

Ruth Nicholas is one of two Deputy Managers to Vicky and joined Three Corners in 2007 and was promoted to the new deputy manager role last year. Ruth has previously owned her own care home so knows exactly what is required and the responsibility involved. Ruth manages Three Corners at weekends and enjoys the responsibility and the ability to make things happen. She is passionate about the giving the highest possible quality of care.

Ruth Spicer is the other Deputy Manager and is new to Three Corners after spending many years in nursing and care. Ruth was attracted to Three Corners particularly because she wanted to join a lovely home with a great atmosphere. She likes the forward thinking philosophy and is always looking for improvements in what we do.

Anne Delaney has been with Three Corners for eight years and was promoted 18 months ago to be head Cook. She likes working with the many different people within the home and thrives on the challenge of meeting the different requirements of all the residents. Ann is passionate about only using fresh locally supplied ingredients.

We have two Activities Organisers at Three Corners, Sue Ball (left) and Kim Welby. Activities are vital to a person's wellbeing and the organisers' roles are to understand every resident's needs and capabilities, and arrange activities in which they can participate. Sue joined Three Corners in 2004 and became a senior carer in 2008. Kim joined in 2008, also works as a carer and is training for her NVQ3. Kim has a particular goal to communicate with people that are hard to reach out to.

Tracy Lowe is the Office Manager and Company Secretary who keeps everything running smoothly. Tracy is a primary point of contact for residents and their families. She also plays the crucial role of keeping accurate records and providing efficient administration. Tracy has been at Three Corners for 9 years and enjoys the different challenges that every day presents.

Nick Meyer (left) and David Henson are the directors and owners of Three Corners. After many high profile roles and between them 60 years in service oriented roles they bought Three Corners two years ago. Nick and David have a real passion for achieving excellence in everything they do and are totally focused on creating a state of the art care environment.
